You may have heard of Swiss Rolls? Well TikTokers are putting a new spin on the old dessert with “Oreo Sushi.” Dozens of TikTok users have shared videos of themselves turning the Nabisco cookies into tube-shaped cakes, and the hashtag #OreoSushi has over 10.3 million views. To make it, home chefs first must separate the crème from the cookies; then the cookies are crushed and mixed together with three tablespoons of condensed milk. The mixture must then be flattened. You then add one tablespoon of condensed milk to the separated crème and mix that together. Then the spread can be evenly distributed over the crushed cookie layer. The dessert is then rolled up and cut into pieces to look like sushi.
