Although prominent cheekbones and a symmetrical face makes people more likely to become an entrepreneur, it has no bearing on whether they will be a successful one

It seems leaders have a look about them. University of Cyprus researchers found entrepreneurs with dreams of being a huge success are more likely to have a symmetrical face and prominent cheekbones. Still, these facial features had no bearing on whether or not they’d actually find great success. Lead study author Dimosthenis Stefanidis says, “The findings from our research suggest that facial appearance is associated with the emergence of leaders but not with their subsequent business performance.” One limitation of this study: it only looked at white male entrepreneurs.
