Journey has just rolled out a six-date Las Vegas residency. The band will play on December 1st, 2nd, 7th, 8th, 10th, and 11th at The Theater at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. The band will play on Saturday night in New York City as part of Saturday’s (August 21st) We Love NYC: The Homecoming Concert at Central Park’s Great Lawn.

SIDE NOTES

  • Journey frontman Arnel Pineda is busy prepping his memoirs, tentatively titled, Journey Of My Life.
  • Pineda, who grew up in poverty, was plucked out of obscurity in his native Philippines back in 2007 to front Journey after being spotted singing on YouTube by the band’s co-founder Neal Schon.
  • Pineda expects to begin submitting the manuscript to publishers in the fourth quarter of 2021. His story was previously chronicled in the 2012 documentary, Don’t Stop Believin’: Everyman’s Journey.
