Jamming with Foo Fighters on August 5th was a lucky Bonner Springs, Kansas fan. GuitarWorld.com reported “Lauren” joined the group at Azura Amphitheater and was handed one of Dave Grohl‘s signature ‘DG-335’ Gibson Trini Lopez guitars and put pedal to the metal with a rendition of the band’s 1997 classic, “Monkey Wrench.”

  • Dave Grohl will publish his autobiography, The Storyteller – Tales Of Life And Music, on October 5th via the Day Street Book imprint.


  • Along with the rest of the Foo FightersDave Grohl will be inducted to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for a second time this year, marking his second induction following the previous nod he received for his work in Nirvana.
  • In addition to the Foos, the inductees for the 36th annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame are: “Performer Category” –the Go-Go‘s, Tina TurnerTodd RundgrenCarole King, and Jay-Z.
  • The 2021 Musical Excellence Award will be given to LL Cool JBilly Preston, and guitarist Randy Rhoads. This year’s Early Influence Award inductees are KraftwerkGil Scott Heron, and Charley Patton.
  • The 36th Annual Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will take place on Saturday, October 30th at 8 p.m. ET at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, Ohio.
