CNN’s Anderson Cooper Reporting from Ukraine Weeks After Birth of Son

CNN’s Anderson Cooper is reporting from Ukraine after Russia’s invasion, just weeks after his second son was born. Cooper, who co-parents both of his sons with former partner Benjamin Maisani, is currently reporting from Lviv, and tweeted video of him speaking virtually with a mother of young children in Kyiv, after her husband went to fight against the invading Russians. There were some critics of Cooper going to Ukraine with a newborn at home, with one tweeting, “Could you not report on this crisis from New York City??”
