Bruce Springsteen will interview Steve Van Zandt on October 17th at a still-undisclosed location in Asbury Park, New Jersey, in promotion of Van Zandt’s memoir Unrequited Infatuations, set for publication on September 28th. NJarts.com reported, “The event will also include a panel discussion, moderated by Jon Stewart, that will feature Springsteen’s manager Jon LandauNona Hendryx, and Steve Buscemi, with ‘additional guests to be announced soon.'”

He’ll appear on September 28th at the Books And Greetings bookstore in Northvale, New Jersey, and the next night (September 29th), Van Zandt will be interviewed by Jay Cocks at Manhattan’s 92nd Street Y, with the interview available for streaming. He’ll also be on hand to promote the memoir on October 3rd in Montclair, New Jersey at Succeed2gether’s fifth annual Montclair Literary Festival.

  • Steve Van Zandt’s memoir Unrequited Infatuations will cover Van Zandt’s time as a musician on the Jersey Shore, his tenure with Bruce Springsteen’s assorted bands, and his work on such solo projects as the Disciples Of Soul, the anti-apartheid Sin City protect, his acting role on The Sopranos, and beyond.
