Just Jack wrote: “I think it’s time they called it The Music Hall of Fame.”

James wrote: “If anything needs a name change in today’s world it’s the Rock and Roll hall of fame…most of the nominees are not even rock and roll music anymore.”

Mikey wrote: “Im (sic) curious how many of these artists are eligible to enter the Country Music Hall of Fame.  Its (sic) time to change the name of the institution since its (sic) admitting in more non-rock musicians than anything.”

Lynn wrote: “Pat Benatar. YES!”

Deezer wrote: “Everybody loves Dolly, but she is NOT a rock n roller. Country music has its own HoF doesn’t it?  Either change the name of the R n R Hall of Fame to Music Hall of Fame or keep the country, rappers and pop people out. There are some great country musicians, but rap and pop, in my opinion, is not real music. Real music is real musicians playing real instruments and really singing. Not canned music beats, lip syncing or auto tune. Rap and pop is all canned.”

JB wrote: “How can Pat Benatar not be in already. It is called Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and they are letting non rockers in. I get that, but for women in rock, earlier performers like Joplin, Heart are shoe ins. Next has to be Benatar. She won 4 Grammys for best rock performance. So the critics liked her. She was a trendsetter in fashion at the time, has 15 top 40 songs and one of the great voices in all of rock. I guess Jann Wenner must not like her. You look at some some of the women they have let in ahead of her and it is ridiculous.”

Geno wrote: “I think it’s time they called it The Hall of Okay Musicians”

Panama wrote: “Trying to remember the Rock song that Dolly Parton did?”

Paul wrote: “The rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame has become a joke. How in the world can Iron Maiden or Dio, Judas Priest. Not be included”

Alan wrote: “Will Duran Duran be in the Country, or Rap, Hall of Fame?”
