MILROY – With this past Tuesday loss to the Spring Mills Braves by the final score of 3-0 during the opening round of the CCBL playoffs, the Foxpro Predators’ season has come to an unfortunate end.
But looking back, the Predators finished the season with the overall record of (11-7) and had one all-star in former Mifflin County player Isaiah Kearns.
On the offensive side of the ball, Foxpro was led by Nick Negula who had a batting average of .556. Kearns had an average of .409 at the plate while Rylan Bailey went .421.
Landen Eichhorn was big both at the plate as well as on the mound.
Despite the weather conditions throughout the season, Foxpro scored victories over teams like the Spike Island Pirates, Spring Mills, the Spring Creek Shockers and the Port Milda Woodpeckers.
Their season has now come to an end. But best of luck to the Predators next season and if anyone wishes to be a part of the team next season, please go and contact Evan Pupo.
Great Season Foxpro!
And best of luck to the remaining teams of the CCBL playoffs!
Until Next Time!
