Wolfgang Van Halen took to Twitter to trash this weekend’s Reelz Channel Autopsy episode focusing on Eddie Han Halen‘s death. Autopsy: The Last Hours Of Eddie Van Halen will premiere on Sunday, June 5th at 8 p.m. ET. Van Halen died on October 6th, 2020 at age 65 after years of battling throat cancer.

Eddies ex-wife & Wolfgang’s mom, Valerie Bertinelli, was provoked to reply to Wolfgang’s tweet with “Good Christ this is disgusting”. Being the caretaker of his father’s legacy is something that Wolfgang Van Halen takes extremely seriously. Not too long ago, he told us that fans shouldn’t bank on seeing any Eddie Van Halen tribute projects emerging from the vast tape archive he left behind.
