With Arnold On The Mound, Mifflin Co 15u All Stars 2022 Shuts Out Broomall/Newtown 15U

WILLIAMSPORT – Aidan Arnold had all the right stuff on Monday for the Mifflin Co 15u All-Stars, allowing zero runs and besting Broomall/Newtown by a score of 10-0. 

Mifflin County notched four runs in the third inning.  Clay Ammon, Logan Alexander, and Grady Hoppel all contributed in the big inning with RBIs.

One bright spot for Broomall/Newtown 15U was a single by Lucas Lancaster in the second inning.

Arnold led the MC 15s to victory on the pitcher’s mound. The pitcher allowed two hits and zero runs over five innings, striking out two.

Sonny Amoroso took the loss for Broomall/Newtown . The pitcher lasted four innings, allowing eight hits and eight runs while striking out one.

Mifflin County tallied ten hits in the game.  Jeremiah Partchey, Hayden Yoder, and Alexander all collected multiple hits for MC.  Partchey led Mifflin County with three hits in three at bats.  Mifflin County didn’t commit a single error in the field. Ammon had  four chances in the field, the most on the team
