Saturday, the East Juniata boys basketball team went to battle against St. Joseph’s Catholic Academy.

It would be the Wolfpack’s second game in as many nights against Juniata County basketball teams.

The Tigers battled but came up just short, falling 62-58 in a nail biter.

Leading the way for St. Joseph’s was Jayden Stamm with 21 points.

Teammates Ethan Bowen and Chase Luckovich both finish with eight.

Wrett Smith finished the contest with a game-high 27 points for East Juniata.

Sam Kopacki followed up his teammate with 17 in the loss.
