Congratulations to Mifflin County to Track and field phenom Carter Smith. Smith has been selected for Hometown Sports April Male Athlete of the month.

Smith is a three-time state champion and is looking for championship number four as the MIfflin County track and field season is underway. He continues to be a dominant part of the local running team and as a member of the Juniata Striders placed third in the 800 at the New Balance Invitational in Boston posting a sub-1:50 performance! He’s continued his dominance on the outdoor track season as well as he looks to add some more hardware to his trophy case!
