HERSHEY – Bellefonte’s Ezra Swisher had a remarkable season and so did his team where Swisher saw himself at the top of so many achievements eclipsing 100 wins and only 21 losses.

The Raider wrestler would able to do that.

Swisher came into this State Championship tournament as the lone rider for the Red Raiders. Looking to make a statement he would fare out pretty well at the beginning.

Everyone looks to live their dream in everything they do.

In this the sport of wrestling Swisher would fall in his final consolation match to the Drexel commit Gavin Carrol 10-1.

He would lose to Carrol in his first match as well by a score of 5-0 but this is something Swisher can take as a learning experience. With a 12-5 record in the regular season, Swisher would be accustomed to wrestling neutral. He and his team did very well.  For any athlete that makes it to day three its a win for them and the program. Congratulations to Swisher in all of his achievements this season and the best is still to come for him.
