“It is to come in and still strive to win. We’ve been in every game,” said Franklin. “We’ve had chances to win. Now it’s getting these kids to realize that they are good enough to win get them to make the right play.”

“We are preaching to them that no matter what you always make the right play. We are trying to get them ready for Coach Curry and by doing that,we were preaching that we’re playing selfless team defense. We’re protecting everybody’s playing together. Whether we’re playing selfless offense or it’s team basketball that’s what they hear from us. The more we play team basketball we’re as good as anybody. So when these kids learn that they’re going to be a critical part of the varsity team going forward.
