Port Royal, PA – Port Royal Speedway is set to roar this weekend as the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series headlines a massive two-day “Rumble by the River” event. The best in super late model racing will converge on the Speed Palace for two nights of action, capped by a $50,000-to-win finale on Saturday night.

Friday, August 22 – Opening Night ($10,000 to Win)

The weekend kicks off Friday night with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series battling for a $10,000 winner’s check in a 40-lap feature event. Joining the program will be the Zimmerman Truck Repair Limited Late Models and the UMP Modifieds.

Fans will be treated to a full racing program, including hot laps, time trials, heats, B-mains, and main events. Limited late models will run heats and mains only, with no time trials on Friday. The modifieds will also join in for hot laps, heats, and their 20-lap feature.

Saturday, August 23 – The $50,000-to-Win Finale

Saturday night brings the biggest late model race of the season at The Speed Palace as the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series stars return for a 50-lap, $50,000-to-win feature. The UMP Modifieds will again serve as the support class with a 25-lap feature.

The evening also includes a pre-race autograph session with Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series drivers from 4:30–5:15 PM, plus a Dirt Racing Outreach Service at 2:00 PM.
