Port Royal Speedway Issues Media and Photographer Guidelines Ahead of Upcoming Events
Mar 27, 2025

PORT ROYAL, PA (March 26, 2025) – Port Royal Speedway would like to remind all credentialed media and photographers of the guidelines in place to ensure safety and proper coverage during all racing events.

Upon arrival, all media members and photographers will be issued two wristbands: one matching the color of a standard Pit Pass, and another of a separate color to clearly identify them as credentialed media. These wristbands must be worn and visible at all times while on the grounds.

Speedway security will be actively monitoring credentialed individuals throughout the night. Any person found not adhering to the established rules will have their credentials immediately revoked and will be removed from the property by security personnel.

Designated Photography Areas:
With the exception of WRT Speedwerx photographers, all media and photographers must remain behind the chain-link fences located in turns 1 & 2 and turns 3 & 4. Access beyond these boundaries is strictly prohibited.

Additionally, all photographers are required to wear high-visibility safety vests at all times while in the infield or any designated media areas.

These measures are in place to ensure the safety of all individuals on the property and to maintain a professional working environment. Port Royal Speedway appreciates everyone’s cooperation in following these rules.

For questions or clarification regarding media credentials, please contact the Speedway office.
