It was an eventful weekend for the  Port Royal 8U girls softball team where both teams played in the Duncannon tournament. The Royal Beverage team first went up against Halifax, and then the Ernest Hill Boarding and Grooming team. The Ernest Hill Boarding and Grooming team first went up against the Duncannon Dogs, losing 8-6. They worked their way up to third place in the end, playing a total of 7 games between Saturday and Sunday. It was quite an accomplishment seeing their hard work pay off!
