Milroy won big over Belleville 11-4 on Tuesday at Armagh Memorial Field.

Belleville  jumped out to the lead in the top of the first inning after an error scored one run, and Jaydon Kauffman singled, scoring two runs.

Milroy  captured the lead, 4-3, in the bottom of the first when Thad Gerwick doubled, scoring one run, Justice Ritchey hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, and an error scored two runs.

Eil Henderson walked, which helped Belleville tie the game at four in the top of the second.

Milroy  took the lead in the bottom of the second. An error scored one run, to give Milroy Babe Ruth the upper hand, 5-4.

An error extended the Milroy lead to 6-4 in the bottom of the third inning.

Chase Krepps earned the win for Milroy . The righty surrendered one hit and zero runs over five and one-third innings, striking out 10 and walking four. Henderson took the loss for Belleville . The starter went one-third of an inning, giving up four runs (two earned) on two hits, striking out none and walking two. Ritchey led things off on the hill for Milroy . The starter gave up one hit and four runs (one earned) over one and one-third innings, striking out three and walking four. Caeleb Phillips appeared in relief for Milroy.

Milroy  collected 11 hits in the game. Krepps, Karl Shirey, Gerwick, and Kooper Walters each collected two hits for Milroy. Krepps and Phillips each drove in two runs for Milroy . Shirey paced  with two walks. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, piling up six walks for the game.

Kauffman, the number seven hitter for Belleville, led the way with two runs batted in. The shortstop went 1-for-2 on the day. Carter Sunderland and Kauffman each collected one hit for Belleville. Belleville had patience at the plate, amassing eight walks for the game. Jaden King and Henderson led the team with two walks each. Sunderland stole two bases.

Milroy  will travel to 2025 Reedsville  for their next game on Sunday.
