Mifflin County Golfers finish 3-3 at Carlisle

CARLISLE – The Mifflin County Golf team competed today at the Carlisle War Barricks golf course, home of Mechanicsburg. The Huskies finished in 4th place overall, after losing the tiebreak to Red Land by 1 stroke. MC lost to the host Mechanicsburg, Carlisle, and Red Land. MC beat Palmyra, Bishop McDevitt, and Cedar Cliff. MC was lead on the day by Colby Seiler who shot a season low 78, which placed tied for 3rd place overall. Evan Breon and Jackson Flood both fired an 85, which was tied for 12th place overall. Jacob Bauman and Jace Rishel rounded out the scoring by both shooting 92, which was good for a tie for 25th place overall.

Mifflin County went 3-3 on the day, and now stands at 8-4overall on the season, and 8-4 in Mid Penn Keystone division play. The Huskies will be back in action on Friday at Valley Green, the home course for Red Land.
