LEWISTOWN- Wednesday afternoon the Mifflin County girls hosted Waynesboro in an afternoon showdown. In the end, the Indians defeated the Huskies 3-0.

Picking up goals for Waynesboro were Angie Ayala from Nikki Davis in the 8th minute, Davis from Lainey Payton at the 9th minute and Davis once again in the 79th minute.

The Indians outshot Mifflin County 15-8 while Mifflin County led 2-1 in corners.

Mifflin County goalie Liberty Cook finished with 12.
