Mifflin County boys fall in Saturday evening contest

The Huskies were unable to get the win in their Mini-Thon game, falling to Mechanicsburg 93-46.
The Wildcats shot the lights out, knocking down 16 three’s in their win.
Leading the way for the Huskies was Junior Landen Eichhorn with 9 points. Junior Jayden Bilger added 8, and sophomore Aiden Attivo scored 7.
The JV Huskies fell in heartbreaking fashion, falling 42-41. Freshman Landon Haigh had 12 in the defeat.
The Freshmen team and Junior High JV team defeated Mechanicsburg on the day, with the Junior High Varsity team falling in a hard-fought game.
The teams were able to help the MCHS Mini-Thon Club raise over $3,100 in their efforts to raise money to fight childhood cancer.
The boys get some well-earned rest, before welcoming Hershey into the Dawg Pound on February 3 for Senior Night.
