REEDSVILLE- Pure perfection!

Tuesday, the MIfflin County boys XC team picked up a win posting a score of 15-48.

Mifflin County finished with 9-out-of -10 in runners finish in the top 10.

Leading the way was Carter Smith posting a winning time of 17:10.

Following close behind was Reese Cubbison who finished at 17:26.

“We had a great first dual meet on our home course against Cumberland Valley today. The boys had instructions to tempo the first two miles of the race knowing BVI was still in their legs,” said Mifflin County coach Alex Monroe. “They were able to close well with the first 5 finishers being Carter Smith, Reese Cubbison, Max Zajac-Bargas, Hoyt Rodenbaugh, and Aidan Scavetti. On the JV side of things, we had some really solid days and they all seemed to bounce back well from Saturday. Newcomer Logan Boyer made his racing debut which was really nice to see. We return to competition on Tuesday at home against Chambersburg and Carlisle.”
