The MIfflin County wrestling team took to the road Thursday and went toe-to-toe with the veteran Central Dauphin squad, falling in a 38-25 Mid-Penn battle.
Mifflin County picked up its first win of the night at 152. Parker Kearns picked up a fall over Brian Lange at 0:41.
Continuing his strong showing as of late, 160-pounder Deakon Schaeffer muscled out a tough 9-6 decision over Mike Beers.
At 189, Avery Aurand added a 9-1 major decision win over Eli Poyer.
In the heavyweight division at 285, Peyton Kearns pinned Anthony Robsock 1:20.
After just returning from injury, 120-pounder Hunter Johnson defeated Clayton Ferree by a 6-1 decision.
Rounding out the wins for the Huskies was 132-pounder Blake Aumiller winning a nail biting 4-3 decision over Dallas Schorr.
