The Mifflin County junior high girls’ varsity basketball team fell to Park Forest on Thursday in a tight contest 24-23.  Layla Fetzer was the high scorer with 9 points.  In the JV game, the Lady Huskies lost 43-19.  Olivia Bedlyon led the way in scoring with 7 points.  Despite the losses, both Mifflin County teams finish the season with winning records.  The varsity team closes with an overall record of 14-5, while the JV team finishes 9-7on the season.
