The Mifflin County Junior High girls Varsity basketball team fell to a tough Altoona squad on Wednesday 43-27. Jayda Kanagy scored 8 points and Layla Fetzer added 7 points. The team is now 6-1 on the season.

The Mifflin County Junior High girls JV basketball team also fell to Altoona. The team is now 1-6.

Both teams take a break from game-action for the holidays and return to the court on Wednesday, January 4 to play CD East at home.
