The Mifflin County junior high varsity girls basketball team defeated Hershey 49-13 on Monday. Jayda Kanagy scored 15 points in the win. Layla Fetzer added 13 points and Shaylin Shaffer tallied 9. The team’s record is now 13-1. In the JV game, Mifflin County fell to Hershey 31-20. Layla Osman was the high scorer with 14 points. The team is now 3-10.
