In its season opener, the MIfflin County girls tennis team lost a tough 4-1 contest over Gettysburg.

Picking up her team’s lone win was Morgan Grimm with a hard fought 6-2, 4-6, 6-4.

Number one MIfflin County player, Ava Kelly fell to Carmen Oshunrinski 4-6, 6-1.

Lily Breon, the Huskies number two player, gave he opponent Auverie Coscia 6-2, 1-6, 3-6, rounding out singles play.

In doubles action, Emmah Miller and Maddie Clinard fell 4-6, 0-6 while the team of Emma Kauffman and Davina Stover fell 0-6, 4-6.
