The MIfflin County girls soccer team finished Tuesday’s game with a tie against Palmyra 3-3 in Mid-Penn action.
Mifflin County struck first when Aubrey Strohecker scored 1:15 into the contest.
She would score again on a penalty kick at 21:10.
Mifflin County would take the 2-0 lead into the intermission.
However, Palmyra would battle back and take the lead, 3-2.
Mackenzie Long cut the Huskies lead in half with a goal thanks to an assist from Maddie Grinstead at 60:33.
Long would be at it again minutes later scoring her second, this time off a Delaney Miller pass at 61:55.
With the game tied at two, Palmyra’s Bridget Krikorian scored as well of a Miller pass 73:00.
Despite falling behind, Ella Kammerer tied the game at 79:00.
Palmyra led in shots on goal by a 15-5 margin.
Mifflin County’s goalie Bailey McNitt had 11 saves.
