The MIfflin County girls lost a heartbreaker Tuesday, falling in overtime to Waynesboro 3-2
Aubrey Strohecker had both goals for the Lady Huskies.
Strohecker scored first to put the Huskies ahead as she took a pass from Kate Bickhart at 20:30.
Waynesboro battled back to tie things up at the 38:27 mark, True Benshoff scored off an assist by Grace French.
Mifflin County came out and took back the lead in the second half on a Strohecker unassisted goal at 63:30.
Waynesboro tied things at two when Grace French scored to send the contest into overtime.
In the 83-minute, Waynesboro’s Megan Miller ended the back-and-forth contest, 3-2.
