“I made the difficult decision to bench my varsity runners today, as they go up against PA #3 again on Friday. As a result we had a tough day on paper, but there was a lot of valuable racing experience gained by our JV runners. Chambersburg and Carlise are top notch teams, and I’m really proud of the boys for trying to be competitive with them. September is always challenging with hard training and lots of racing. I know their best days are right around the corner. Connor Lynch and Cam Treaster had standout days today.”
