In new legal docs, Marilyn Manson has claimed that Esme Bianco‘s rape claims are not true. According to TMZ, Mason filed to dismiss the Game of Thrones actress’ claims of sexual assault, saying that she is waited too late to sue him and is way past the statute of limitations. As a result, he thinks her case should be tossed.
Manson’s attorneys also said that Bianco’s claims are part of a “coordinated attack” among multiple women who he says are “cynically and dishonestly seeking to monetize and exploit the #MeToo movement.”
Manson has not denied having sex with the women but says that all of the encounters are “consensual” relationships.
Manson’s attorneys added that Bianco “spent months plotting, workshopping, and fine-tuning” her story into “twisted tales that bear no resemblance to reality.” They also say the accusers, Bianco included, are trying to “publicly conflate Manson’s shock rock image with fabricated/horrifying claims of abuse.”
Bianco claimed that Manson allegedly tied her down, whipped her, electrocuted her and cut her with a knife. However, Manson’s attorney says Bianco’s claims are “provably false.”
