Late Wednesday action: Juniata, Bald Eagle split on the track

On Wednesday, Despite the rain and cold weather the Juniata boys were able to pull off a win against Bald Eagle 89 5/6 to 60 1/6

Jasper Shepps led the night, placing in four events winning the 110- intermediate hurdles , the 300-meter hurdles , the high jump and the 4×4 team made up of Tayden Miller , Connor Boreman , Ricky Guante , and Shepps .

Connor Boreman also had a 4-win night in the 100-meter dash , 200-meter dash and the 4×1 relay team made up of Tayden Miller, Heath Hutchinson, Talan Bardnt and Connor, and 4×4 -relay.

On the Eagles side, Bald Eagle got strong efforts from Kieran Jodon (first Discus and Shot Put), Aaron Sharp (first Triple Jump, 2nd 300-hurdles and 3rd 110 hurdles), Isaac Dechow (first 4×800 relay & 3rd 3200), Nate Fry (first 400), Jacob Richardson (first 4×800), Gavin Brooks – (first Long Jump), Colton Wagner (first 4x800relay and 2nd 1600), Owen Dechow (first 4x800relay and 2nd 800-meter run).

Chase Thompson (2nd 100 and 3rd Shot Put), Kaiden Gates (2nd 100(tie) and 3rd High Jump),

Ethan Hoover (2nd 200), Blaze Angellotti (2nd Long Jump), Tre Greene (2nd Shot Put and 3rd Discus), Aidan Adams (3rd Long Jump and Triple Jump), Talon Thompson (3rd Javelin), Blake Wagner (3rd 400)

Bald Eagle took the girls side of the competition 98-44.

Leading things for Juniata were Autumn Graybill as she won the high jump, Jessie Bomberger won the 1600-meter run and the 3200.

On the Bald Eagle side, the Lady Eagles were led by Claudia Irvin (first in the 100-hurdles , the Long Jump and the Triple Jump), Abigail Hoover (first in the Javelin, Discus and Shot Put) Olivia Taylor (first in the 200 and 400-meter run, second in Long Jump and Javelin), Khloe Cunningham (first 800 and 4×400 relay), Heather Leskovansky (first Pole Vault, 4X400 relay and  second in the 100.), Sydney Bender (first 100  and 4×400 relay, 2nd 200), Lily Spicer (first in 4×800 relay  and 2nd in the 1600M, Rebecca Guenot (first 4×800 relay and 2nd in the 3200), Sybil Thompson (first 4×400 relay and 2nd 800), Alexa Thomas (first 300 hurdles), Jayma Nesmith (first 4×800 relay), Danyka Smith first 4×800 relay), Grace Crestani (2nd Shot Put), Leah Bryan (2nd 100-hurdles) and Emilie Grant (3rd Shot Put and Discus).
