It was a tough night for the MIfflin County girls varsity basketball team Friday, falling to Southern Huntingdon 72-56.

Mifflin County was led by Payton Weaver with 16 points.

Mackenzie Peachey followed with 14 points while teammate Maelyn Gingrich netted 13.

In JV action, the Lady Huskies fell to the Rockets 38-27.

Reagan Kenepp led the Huskies with 18 points on the evening.
