Congratulations to the Juniata tennis team as they collected the triple crown of tennis. The team had an all Indians single championship and All-Juniata doubles team title.

Thursday, the Juniata tennis team captured the District 6 team title.

Juniata competed against Westmont Hilltop, winning 5-0.

Top singles player Max Lauver defeated Charlie Snee 6-0 and 6-1.

Adam French followed with a hard fought 6-4 and 6-0 victory over Sebastian Masterson.

Rounding out the singles competition was Gavin Kint. Kint swept Taha Alaibada 6-0 and 6-0.

In number one doubles, the combo of  Emmett Hibbs and Xane Whitesel topped Connor Oechlin and Eli McCoy 6-1 and 6-1.

Round out the sweep was the doubles team of Ethan Becker and Jorge Castano topped their opponent 6-2 and 6-3.
