MIFFLINTOWN – Today the Juniata’s boys track and field team picked up an 81-69 victory against Susquenita.
The boys were able to sweep the long jump. Conner Boreman took the top spot while Wyatt Stoner landed a second. Rounding out the top three was Ethan Espitia.
The Indians notched another sweep in the triple jump.
Taking top honors was Waylon Ehrenzeller followed by Wyatt Stoner while Conner Boreman rounded out things with a third place finish.
In the high jump, Jasper Shepps took first while teammates Makih Hunt and Wyatt Stoner finished with a second and third place finish, respectively.
Rounding out the sweeps, Juniata swept the 1600-meter run.
Wyatt Stroup, Joseph Bomberger, and Mason Beward took all three places in each .
On the girls side, the Indians fell 113.5 to 36.5.
Highlighting the afternoon was Senior Autumn Graybill as she took first in the high jump.
Ava Stoner earned the top spot in the pole vault while Mariska Beward took both the discus and javelin.
