Juniata couldn’t keep up with Upper Dauphin Area and fell 11-1 on Thursday.
The Lady Indians opened the scoring in the first after an error scored one run.
Upper Dauphin took the lead in the bottom of the second to give Upper Dauphin the upper hand, 2-1.
Upper Dauphin added to their early lead in the bottom of the third inning scoring one run.
UD scored five runs on three hits in the bottom of the sixth inning.
Kaylnn Brown took the loss for Juniata . The hurler went three innings, allowing six runs (four earned) on seven hits, striking out none and walking two.
Mollee Hockenberry, Savannah Marshall, Destiny Yohn, and Ashley Piper each collected one hit for the Lady Indians.
Upper Dauphin Area collected 10 hits in the game.
Next up for Juniata is a game against Milton High on Monday.
