Lucky number 13!!!

The Juniata softball team continues to roll through their opponents.

Monday, the Lady Indians faced Line Mountain in a Tri-Valley League match up.

Cruising her was to the 700 strike out campaign, Juniata hurler Liz Gaisior continued her sizzling pitching performances with 19 strike outs and two hitter en route to the 13-0 victory.

Gaisior not only threw a 19 strike out shutout but went 3-for-4 from the plate with two runs and two RBIs.

Teammates Cheyenne Kirk also had two hits and two RBIs, and Regan Lowrey, Lexi Frontz, Shay Armstrong, and Sophie Smith each added hits for Juniata.

With the win, Juniata improves to 13-1 while Line Mountain falls to 3-8.

Next game for Juniata is a Thursday contest at St. Joe’s
