For the first time in Mifflin County history, the boys track and field team has taken down State College 76-74.  “It is as a total team effort on the evening and all facets of the team were holding up their end of the point scoring,” said MIfflin County coach Scot Sechler. Josiah Sechler led the way again winning the javelin, long jump, 100-meter, and teamed with Kauffman, Wilson, and Wert to win the 4×1 relay with a season best 45.32.

On the girls side, we lost a close one 96-53.  Leading the way for the girls was Kylee Cubbison with wins in the 800, and 1600.  Lilly

Yoder had another great day winning the long and triple jump, and placing second in the 400m.  “I’m very proud of the kids for their effort tonight.  It’s the best team effort I’ve seen in quite some time,” added Sechler.
