Congratulations to Marina Shawley, Bald Eagle Area softball player. She played as a member the Lady Eagles District 6 Championship team and was a member of the Mountain League.

Shawley committed to Mount Aloysius for Softball, earned the Mercy Presidential Scholarship. Enrolled in the DPT (Doctorate of Physical Therapy) program.

She blasted a home run on May 13th vs Huntingdon and then again on June 13 vs Avonworth in the State Semi Finals.

Marina actually hit it right out to Center Field and it landed right in her mother’s lap!
