BELLEFONTE – Through three games this season, the Bellefonte baseball team has shown signs of domination, dropping all three teams to remain undefeated.
For the second consecutive contest, the Red Raiders pitching was overpowering, allowing just two hits in its last two games.
Both hits came tonight as the Raiders were able to post a 15-0 victory over Jersey Shore.
Picking up the win Friday was hurler Derek Fravel.
Fravel tossed a 2-hitter in the game shortened four inning contest.
Offensively, the Raiders were able to crank out 15 runs in those innings.
Peyton Vancas and Fravel both led the attack with two hits each. Fravel also helped his cause plating three RBIs.
Also notching three RBIs was teammate Triston Heckman en route to the victory.
Braedyn Kormanic and Trevor Johnson both finished with two RBIs as well.
Bellefonte blasted Jersey Shore early with a 9-run first inning.
Kormanic walked to get the bottom of the first going.
With one out, Alex Ebeling reaches bases as he hustled out a single on a bunt to third baseman. The bunt moved up Kormanic.
Kormanic later advanced to third on error by the first baseman.
Ebeling advanced to second on the play as well.
Trevor Johnson reached base on a walk to load the bases.
His stay was temporary as Heckman blasted a triple on a fly ball to left field scoring Kormanic, Ebeling scores and Johnson.

Jacob Corman notched an RBI when he grounded out to third.
Vancas hits a grounder and reaches on an error by the Jersey Shore third baseman.
Kormanic tripled in Vancas on a blast to right field.
Fravel keeps the inning alive with a walk.
Ebeling made it two walks in-a-row.
Rounding out the scoring was Johnson doubled on to right scoring Kormanic and pinch runner Cooper Funk.
With Fravel sailing through the Jersey Shore batting order, the offense continued as it scored three in the second, two in the third and one in the bottom of the fourth to end the game and give Bellefonte the victory.
