The East Juniata girls basketball team added another victory in the win column Thursday, defeating Newport in a very defensive contest.

In the end, the Lady Tigers took the victory 40-28.

Madison Snyder had the hot hand for East Juniata, finishing with 13.

Rounding out the double figure scorers was Landyn Cramer who topped out with 12.
