The East Juniata boys basketball team went back to their winning ways Tuesday as the Tigers topped Line Mountain in a TVAA contest, 45-34.

Leading the way for East Juniata was Dylan Wagner with 14 points.

Teammate Wrett Smith followed up with nine.

East Juniata’s defense open with a strong first holding Line Mountain to just two points in the first.

However, the Line Mountain team held the Tigers to five.

East Juniata continued to hold on to the lead in the second out scoring their opponent 11-10.

East Juniata went into the intermission leading 16-12.

The Tigers opened up the contest in the third period as it jumped out to a 16-5 advantage.

Despite Line Mountain outscoring the Tigers in the fourth, the Tigers were able to lock down the win, 45-34.
