East Juniata girls pick up second win in as many tries, tops Steelton

Two for two!

The East Juniata girls basketball team made its second win in-a-row, defeating Steel High 53-42 Wednesday.

Leading the way for the Tigers was Landyn Cramer who finished with a 29-point effort.

Teammate Madison Snyder followed up with a 13-point effort.

The Lady Rollers were led by Yazmyne Muhammad 30-point performance, leading all scorers.

East Juniata got off to a strong start outscoring Steel High 17-11 in the first period. The Lady Tigers never looked back as they tied in points against the Lady Rollers in the second. Both teams scored 10 each.

At the intermission, the Tigers led 27-21.

East Juniata continued its momentum in the second half outscoring Steel High 26-21 en route to the 53-42 victory.
