The East Juniata boys soccer team opened their 2024 campaign playing two games this Saturday. The Tigers battled but fell in both contests.

In the first game against Selinsgrove, the East Juniata squad fell 3-1.

Picking up the lone goal for the Tigers was Wrett Smith. Smith was assisted on the play by Sam Kopacki.

Goalie Kelton Bonnell finished with 11 saves.

Crestwood 3, East Juniata 1

Ironically, in the second game the Tigers also fell to Crestwood 3-1.

Again it was Wrett Smith with the lone East Juniata goal.

The Tigers’ goalie Kelton Bonnell finished with 14 saves.
