GETTYSBURG – MC girls tennis team traveled to Gettysburg Thursday falling 4-1.

In number two singles, Aija Binder took her match decided in a third set super breaker which MC won 6-2,2-6 and 10-6 against Sophia Neeley.

In MIfflin County’s opening match, Gettysburg’s Kim Heintzelman topped MC’s Izzy McCoy 6-1 and 6-1.

In the third position, Katy Riden fell to Gettysburg’s Carmen Ray 1-6, 0-6.

Competing in exhibition, Gettysburg Parishi Buana topped Morgan Grimm 8-3

Mifflin County also doubles action.

In first doubles action, MIfflin County’s team of MacKenna Yoder/Lindsay Wolfley fell to Carmen Oshinrinade/Emily Niner, 0-6, 1-6.

Rounding out the night in doubles action, the team of Lilly Breon/Ava Kelly fell to Gettysburg duo of Megha Mekkencherry/Samantha Woodward, 0-6,0-6.
