In morning action, the Bellefonte Area XC team had a solid performance at the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe XC Invitational held at the PSU golf course on Saturday, September 12th. 

The Bellefonte Boys (finished 15th out of 21 teams.

Leading the way was Jonathan Gasper who finished with a time of 16:27.

Teammate Maverick Muchmore       Was next for Bellefonte with a 17:09.

Rounding out the boys were Carson Fritchman (18:39), Gunther Kull                 (19:12) Ethan Karmelita (21:48), Kaiden Musser (22:18), Braeden Strohm (22:34) and Phoenix Torres                (24:00).

The Bellefonte Girls squad finished 17th out of 19 teams.

Placing the top for the Lady Raiders was Addison Frye who finished with a time of 20:36.

Following up Frye’s finish was Natalie Jolley who was close behind posting a 20:43.

The rest of the finishers were as follows Aalyn Cernuska (25:57), Haddie Lutz (26:20), Emily Moretz         (26:30), Megan Showers (29:33)

and Molly Showers (29:44).
