HUNTINGDON – Offensive domination.

The Bellefonte girls soccer team opened its 2024 campaign with a convincing 5-1 road win over Huntingdon Monday.

Maddie Fallon notched a hat trick in the contest.

Bellefonte took control of the first half, notching a 2-0 advantage.

Sydney Miller scored the first Red Raiders goal as she was assisted by Brooke Whitman.

Fallon hit her first goal on an unassisted shot that hit nothing but net, making it a 2-0 advantage going into the half.

Huntingdon’s Ella Haffey’s unassisted goal was the lone bright spot for the Bearcats on the afternoon.

Fallon posted goal number three came  off an assist by Sydney Miller.

The Red Raiders finished the scoring when Fallon blasted an unassisted goal.

The Lady Raiders are back in action Wednesday at home vs Tyrone at 6 PM.
