WINGATE – The Bellefonte 12U All-Star baseball team locked up Thursday with a tough Bald Eagle Area team.

At stake, a trip to the District 5 championship.

It was a very closely played contest, the Crew from Bellefonte came out victorious 4-1.

The win sets up a championship contest at Webster Field Saturday against State College.

Bellefonte scored first in the contest, leading 1-0 after one.

Bald Eagle battled back to tie the contest.

Bellefonte would add three runs the rest of the way to take home the victory.
