The Eagles got back to its winning ways Friday escaping a 45-43 contest against Mountain League Foe, Philipsburg-Osceola.

Kahale Burns led the way offensively for Bald Eagle Area post a 10-point effort.

Aaron Sharpe was next on the scoring list with eight points.

Rounding out the leading scorers was Cam Watkins and Chase Thompson both tallied seven.

The two battled to a 12-10 showing in the first period, in favor of Bald Eagle Area.

In the second, the Bald Eagle continued to outscore the Mounties 8-6.

Going into the half, Bald Eagle held a slight 20-14 lead.

In the third, the Eagles and Mounties finished in the third at a 10-10 stalemate.

However, the Mounties pushed Bald Eagle Area to the brink, outscoring the Eagles 19-15.

But it wasn’t enough as Bald Eagle went on to take the contest by two.
