The Bald Eagle boys basketball team went toe-to-toe with Huntingdon Thursday evening in Mountain League action.

It would be the Eagles that would come out victorious winning a 48-45 victory.

Leading the way for the Eagles was Kahale Burns with a 15-point game.

He was followed by Cam Watkin’s 10-point effort in the win.

In a losing effort, Huntingdon got a 14-point night from Jack Henney.

The Bearcats opened the first quarter narrowly outscoring BEA 12-11.

They also outscored the Eagles in the second as well, posting a 18-16 advantage going into the intermission.

Bald Eagle made its move in the third, outscoring the Bearcats 14-6.

The run was led by Tyler Serb’s six points in the period.

Huntingdon tried to comeback in the final stanza but it wasn’t enough as the Eagles went onto the victory.
